ABOUT THE COMPANY
A Melbourne-based organisation is looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) platform. This is a critical role in their ongoing digital transformation, focusing on the future of their customer engagement technology.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation of the new platform, focusing on the transition from the current provider and managing the integration of key technologies like Salesforce CRM, Contact Centre Platform, and the internal quoting system. You will work with senior stakeholders, external vendors, and technical teams to ensure a seamless migration, managing risks, timelines, and execution of the project.

DUTIES

  • Lead the development and management of the project plan, ensuring successful delivery of the implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables, focusing on both functional improvements and seamless integration.
  • Oversee stakeholder management efforts across business units, vendors, and the internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, managing risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of training sessions to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian business standards and industry regulations.
  • Oversee the decommissioning of legacy systems, data migration, and integration of new technologies like the Salesforce CRM.
  • Regularly update senior stakeholders and provide leadership throughout the implementation process.
  • Ensure the transition follows an Agile approach, adapting to new challenges as the project progresses.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Strong background in Contact Centre/CCaaS implementations.
  • Proven experience with digital transformation projects.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies and applying them to large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in managing complex transitions from legacy systems to new technologies.
  • Strong focus on stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
