ABOUT THE ROLE
They are seeking a Project Manager to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives within wealth management. Reporting directly to the Head of Delivery, you will focus on scaling efficiencies, driving process improvement, and ensuring end-to-end design and execution. This 9-month fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to lead client wealth and AML initiatives while collaborating with a diverse stakeholder group across Sydney or Melbourne.
DUTIES
- Deliver large-scale, complex projects within wealth management, focusing on client wealth and AML initiatives
- Drive process improvement and end-to-end process design to support scale efficiencies
- Manage diverse stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment and transparency across functions
- Report directly to senior leadership, providing clear updates on milestones, risks, and outcomes
- Apply Agile and Scrum practices to enhance delivery capability and ensure effective collaboration
- Proven project management experience in financial services, ideally wealth management
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex problems and multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong skills in process improvement and end-to-end process design
- Agile and Scrum Master experience, with ability to operate in hybrid environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse groups
- Exposure to client wealth and AML initiatives highly regarded
