SustainRecruit have partnered with a leading financial services organisation that’s going through a significant uplift in its risk and assurance capability. We're now looking to appoint a Senior Risk Analyst to join their growing Enterprise Risk team.

You’ll join a collaborative, purpose-driven team during a period of transformation with the opportunity to help shape best-in-class controls assurance practices from the ground up.
The Role:

Support the delivery of the enterprise-wide annual Controls Assurance Plan

Conduct control design and operating effectiveness testing aligned to risk and regulatory priorities

Identify and advise on control gaps and opportunities for improvement across operational and compliance risks

Partner with stakeholders to uplift the control environment and drive remediation activity

Support the development of assurance frameworks and methodologies, including process automation and reporting

Provide insights that help influence executive and board-level decision-making on risk and assurance matters
What We’re Looking For:

Strong background in control testing, or operational risk within financial services or a regulated industry

Sound understanding of assurance frameworks, risk and control principles, and relevant regulatory requirements

Hands-on experience with GRC tools

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
