Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for cyber security and identity governance? We’re seeking a Senior BA to join a high-impact project focused on enhancing privileged access management and implementing phishing-resistant authentication solutions.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Leading business analysis for initiatives in Privileged Identity Governance and Passwordless Authentication
- Collaborating with stakeholders across cyber security, cloud infrastructure, and IAM teams
- Mapping current and target state processes, identifying gaps, and defining actionable requirements
- Supporting delivery of security controls aligned with Essential 8 and compliance to ML2
- 10+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large, complex environments
- Strong domain knowledge in:
- Cyber Security
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Passwordless authentication
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Proven ability to:
- Map complex business processes and define target state requirements
- Engage senior business and technical stakeholders
- Lead workshops and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure project milestones are met
- Familiarity with:
- Essential 8 mitigation strategies
- Cyber security controls, governance, and assurance frameworks
- Strong documentation skills: RACI, operating models, training materials, process documentation
