Senior Business Analyst – Infrastructure Uplift | 6+ Month Contract

About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll work independently to gather requirements, map processes, and design improvements for field worker systems and workflows. You’ll liaise with stakeholders across the business – from blue-collar operational teams to C-suite executives – ensuring solutions are practical, impactful, and user-centred. This role will require someone who thrives in fluid, fast-paced environments with limited structure and can adapt to changing priorities with ease.
What to Expect
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement for multiple uplift initiatives
- Work with systems such as InEight (compliance management, digital forms, and permissions) and Camms
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to understand pain points and deliver targeted improvements
- Align communication style to suit audiences ranging from field teams to executives
- Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and other project stakeholders to deliver measurable benefits quickly
- 5+ years’ experience as a BA, with strong skills in working autonomously
- Background in infrastructure or utilities (water, gas, electricity, NBN) preferred
- Proven ability to engage with challenging or varied stakeholders
- Experience working in ambiguous, unstructured environments with fast turnaround times
- Strong knowledge of BA craft – requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
- Up to $950 per day inc super
- 6-month initial contract with extensions highly likely, 12 months+ of work already pipelined
