- Ensure policies and procedures align with obligations and best practices.
- Support the incident and breach management framework, including registers and reporting.
- Partner with business units to provide proactive compliance advice and risk mitigation strategies.
- Participate in monitoring and assurance activities, including reviews and control testing.
- Prepare internal and external compliance reports (Board and Committees).
- Oversee complaints management to ensure timely, effective responses.
- Help embed compliance practices into day-to-day operations across the business.
- 5+ years in superannuation with strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance frameworks
- An ability to business partner and provide effective oversight across multiple business units
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
- RG146 in Superannuation is a bonus (or willingness to obtain).
