About the Role
This is an exciting Senior Events Manager opportunity where you’ll lead one of the group’s flagship venues - driving revenue, enhancing event delivery and shaping the future direction of the events department.
You’ll own the full events lifecycle: proactive sales, client management, operational excellence and strategic planning. With two junior coordinators (who manage more of the 'on-the-day' & operational work) and a temporary Events Lead to support you, you’ll be the key driver behind creating the future events strategy for the business.
The role currently oversees a busy and established venue and, within the next 12 months, will expand to include a second, newly developed site.
What Experience You’ll Need to Apply
- Strong venue-side events management experience (hotel, events centre, hospitality group or similar).
- Proven event sales and outbound conversion skills.
- Experience driving revenue growth and hitting event sales KPIs.
- Ability to develop or improve systems, processes and workflows .
- Experience across weddings, social events, or premium private dining.
- Strong organisational, communication and client-facing skills.
