Senior Front end Engineer

We’re working with a fast-scaling business in the healthtech product space. Backed by strong funding and built by a team of industry leaders, they’ve created a unique digital platform that lets brand take back control across their entire product development. 

With continued growth and new features on the roadmap, they’re looking to bring on a Senior Frontend Engineer who can help shape the architecture and delivery of their frontend systems. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys ownership and the challenges of scaling modern, component-driven applications.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading frontend design and development across a complex, feature-rich platform
• Architecting scalable systems and ensuring seamless integration with APIs and backend services
• Working closely with product and design teams to bring intuitive, pixel-perfect user experiences to life
• Championing code quality, performance optimisation, accessibility, and best practices
• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the technical direction of the team
• Staying ahead of the curve with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and frameworks

• 5+ years of hands-on frontend experience
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and deep knowledge of modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Experience with component-based architecture and micro-frontends
• Exposure to cloud platforms (ideally AWS) and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with GraphQL or REST APIs, and modern testing tools (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
• A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in an agile environment
• Experience designing frontend systems from the ground up is a big plus

• This is a hybrid role with 4 days in the office in the Sydney CBD 
• They will offer $150-$170K + super + equity dependant on experience 
• You must have full working rights in Australia
