Senior Frontend Developer
Sydney | 4 Days in Office | $150K – $170K + Super
I’m working with a fast-growing tech business in the digital product space that’s building a cutting-edge platform used across consumer industries. They’re looking for a Lead Frontend Developer
to take ownership of frontend architecture, mentor a small team, and help deliver world-class user experiences.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the design, build, and optimisation of scalable frontend applications.
- Driving architectural decisions around frameworks, libraries, and component-driven development.
- Setting coding standards and mentoring junior developers.
- Collaborating closely with designers to deliver intuitive and engaging interfaces.
- Ensuring best practices in performance, accessibility, and testing.
- 8–10+ years’ experience in frontend engineering, with some leadership/mentorship exposure.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS .
- Strong hands-on experience with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, etc.).
- Knowledge of micro-frontends, AWS services, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker .
- Solid experience with performance optimisation, state management, and testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Salary package of $150K – $170K + super .
