We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Internal Audit
to join a leading, values-driven organisation in a key leadership role.
As Senior Manager, you will oversee the delivery of a risk-based internal audit plan, providing independent assurance and insights to senior stakeholders. You will lead a small, high-performing team, engage directly with executives and the Audit & Risk Committee, and contribute to strengthening governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the internal audit program aligned to strategic objectives and regulatory expectations (including APRA prudential standards).

Manage and develop a team of audit professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

Provide independent, actionable advice to senior management and the Board.

Build strong relationships across the business to promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk management.

Maintain awareness of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks impacting the superannuation sector.

Contribute to broader risk and compliance initiatives as required.
About You:

Extensive internal audit experience, with proven leadership capabilities, ideally within superannuation, financial services, or a similarly regulated environment.

Deep understanding of APRA regulations, superannuation industry practices, and risk and control frameworks.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and provide strategic insights at executive and Board levels.

Relevant qualifications such as CA, CPA, CIA, or similar, with tertiary education in finance, accounting, risk management, or a related discipline.

A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine passion for promoting good governance.
