This role plays a key part in supporting the end-to-end processing and reconciliation of investment transactions for high-net-worth clients.
About the RoleAs an Operations Analyst, you will work within the Investment Operations function, supporting the daily processing and settlement of domestic and international equity, fixed income, and managed fund trades. You'll collaborate with a high-performing team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of operational services, while continuously looking for ways to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities

Support timely settlement of trades across various asset classes

Liaise with internal teams and custodians to resolve trade discrepancies

Reconcile cash and asset positions across multiple systems

Maintain and update client records for accuracy and compliance

Support the onboarding of new products and counterparties

Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance checks

Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives

1–2 years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, or a similar financial services role

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Proactive with a problem-solving mindset

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

Sound understanding of financial markets and products

Experience using systems such as HiPortfolio, IRESS, or Avaloq is advantageous
