Are you a detail-driven operations professional with a strong background in audit coordination and client reporting? This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing Business Improvement team within a leading wealth and investment services firm.

About the Role

This role sits within a specialist Business Improvement team, known for its deep operational expertise. 

You’ll play a central role in managing operational audits, ensuring compliance with IDPS and GS007 standards, and overseeing the production of client statements. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and quality-check periodic client reports (monthly, quarterly, annual tax statements).
  • Manage and coordinate all operational audits.
  • Ensure compliance with IDPS and GS007 audit control standards.
  • Liaise with custodians, business partners, and third-party print specialists.
  • Maintain and enhance self-service tools for the Front Office.
  • Support operational process improvement and project delivery.
  • Uphold data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems.
  • Actively manage team risk profile and contribute to control enhancements.

About You

You’re an experienced senior analyst with a strong background in financial services operations, ideally within wealth or fund management. You’ve played a  central role in audit coordination ,, and you’re confident managing complex reporting requirements.
You bring:
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in financial services operations.
  • Strong understanding of Australian and international financial markets, managed funds, and custodial structures.
  • Experience generating client statements and managing audits.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, pragmatic, and resilient approach to problem-solving.
  • Degree qualified in Finance, Business, or Commerce.
