What You’ll Be Doing
In this full-time, office-based role, you'll support the Director and play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, provide PA support and help keep the studio running at its best.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Diary management & coordinating interstate and international travel.
- Managing expenses and monthly financial reports.
- Overseeing office operations.
- Supporting onboarding for new starters (IT, access, office setup)
- Liaising with the external IT provider and managing IT support tickets
- Maintaining prop inventory across two locations, including booking systems, labelling and returns
- Managing insurance policies and registrations
- Providing general administrative support and ad hoc personal errands for the Director
- Previous experience as a PA, EA, Studio Coordinator, Studio Manager or Office Manager within a Creative or Events Agency environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work onsite in Surry Hills 5 days per week
- Full driver’s license (car not needed)
A salary of $80k + super, regular creative offsites – bonding trips, theatre, exhibitions, events and team meals, a supportive team and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the agency’s growth and evolution.
