Technical Business Analyst - Financial Services

An established financial services organisation is seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join its transformation-focused team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in agile environments and is passionate about delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions that align with strategic business goals.

You’ll be responsible for understanding stakeholder needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating insights into actionable outcomes. Your work will involve analysing data from various sources, designing technical solutions, and ensuring they support broader organisational objectives while delivering measurable value.

You'll have at least five years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally within financial services. Experience in technology transformation, digital channels (web, mobile, APIs), and fraud-related projects. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of agile and SCRUM methodologies.
