A leading organisation is seeking a Workday System Administrator contractor to support critical system activity across Core HCM and Recruiting modules. This hands-on role involves executing configuration changes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring operational continuity during system transitions and enhancement cycles.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in HR, Finance, and Technology, translating business needs into effective Workday solutions, supporting testing and deployment activities, and troubleshooting system issues in collaboration with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting; exposure to Payroll, Expenses, Absence, Time Tracking)
- Execute business process updates, reporting requests, and security role adjustments
- Support testing, deployment, and data validation activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure system continuity and compliance
- Proven experience as a Workday Administrator or Functional Analyst
- Strong configuration knowledge across HCM and Recruiting
- Familiarity with Finance modules and Workday release cycles
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently
